Because I make less than 7500 goods per year (far far less) I'm considered a Small Batch Manufacturer and as such, by law, I get relief from 3rd party testing requirements. This means that my handmade goods have not been tested for safety. I have registered with SaferProducts.gov under the MiloMila LLC name.
